We at Coforge are hiring P&C senior Business Analyst with the following skillset:

• Experienced Business Analysis professional with more than 10 years of experience in Business Analysis, Requirement Management in P&C Insurance, especially Surety Bonds, with hands on experience in Policy and Claim management applications
• Experience in elaborating, developing, and testing various functionalities of Surety Bond line of Business for Commercial Bonds & Contract Bonds
• Experience in conducting Feasibility studies, Data Analysis, Data mapping gap analysis, Risk Identification
• Able to improve our product suite by translating market demands and clients' needs into new high-quality features
• Well versed in service-oriented architecture, XML / X Path schema design & generation
• Extensive experience in Gathering requirements, scoping requirements and creating Business requirement document, User requirement specifications, Functional requirements specifications, System requirements specifications, Test Plan, Creating Use cases, Use Case diagrams, Activity diagrams, System workflow diagram, Data flow diagram, Business flow diagram
• Expert in UML methodology to create UML diagrams using Use case diagram, Activity diagrams, Sequence diagram, MS Visio etc.
• Experience in defining Business Process model and data process model
• Experience in facilitating requirement planning session with Underwriters / Businesspeople, end user sessions, workshops, requirement elicitation sessions, conducting training to users
• Excellent Communication skills, interpersonal skills, team player, leadership qualities, ability to work independently
• Define system requirements, Interact with users to understand their needs and track additional requirements and features, work together with the development team to bring features to market
• Extensively worked with QA group by assisting them to develop test plans, build test conditions, test cases, test data, and test execution
