We at Coforge are hiring Production Support Windows / Linux with the following skillset :

• Should Have 5 years of experience in Windows / Linux Application support as part Service Management
• Provide level 1 & 2 support for US clients.
• Manage software upgrades and releases including deployment via DevOps tool
• Have good experience with Azure, DevOps Production Support, Windows & MS SQL Server
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and adherence to SLAs.
• Troubleshooting issues related to application performance, availability, and latency.
• Developing and implementing monitoring strategies for new and existing applications.
• Participating in incident management processes to minimize downtime and restore services quickly.
• Providing technical support to internal and external customers via phone, email, and chat.
• Executes the Disaster Recovery Plans (both DR Exercise and actual disaster)
• Establishes cadence to manage our vendors closely.
• Monitoring and managing IT infrastructure using Dynatrace and Elastic tools, including setting up alerts, dashboards, and custom objects.
• Acts as a liaison in creating Disaster Recovery documentation, Implementation Plans, Support Plans, Process Documentation Run Book, etc.
• Strong knowledge of monitoring tools such as Dynatrace and Elastic, including administration, metrics, charts, alerts, custom objects, and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and best practices.
