This established GC have a 40-year history of specializing in large-scale public agency projects throughout NY & NJ.
They are currently looking for a Superintendent, who will initially focus on a $25M occupied healthcare renovation project in Queens. While they would prefer someone with healthcare construction experience, they are also open to Superintendents with commercial and/or occupied renovation experience on sizeable ($20M ) projects. No license is required.
