Title : Customer Service
Location : Manhattan NY
Duration : 6 Months
Pay Range : $16-$17 / hr
Work experience A minimum of two (2) years of experience in a customer service environment, utilizing phone and computer literacy to interact with customers in a high pace setting.
Data entry experience and a minimum of 25 wpm typing skills, open availability to work shift schedules at any given time from 6amto 12am.
Job duties :
- Triage, redirect and refer calls in the IVR
- Answer questions and address complaints
