The manager needs someone who has an analytical mindset and will do research to solve questions.
This role is dedicated to supporting the Skinbetter Science Sales and Sales Operations Team.
The Sales Operations Coordinator will assist with new sales account onboarding, customer maintenance (CRM), and tax related issues.
The role will perform a variety of tasks associated with verifying and processing customer sales tax exemption documentation, ensuring documents meet compliance requirements.
The Sales Operations Coordinator will also take on any tasks or projects to support the Sales Operations team.
Key Job Responsibilities:
Work Salesforce CRM tasks assigned to Sales Admin in a timely manner.
Research and analyze requests to ensure compliance with company policy.
Review new customer paperwork (CMM workflow) to ensure compliance with commercial policy and tax documentation is valid.
Work with Customer Master team to assist with customer questions and provide insights/direction.
Respond to high volume of email requests daily for new account set ups, W-9, tax requests and updates to existing accounts.
Updates and maintains records and files related to sales tax exemptions to comply with jurisdiction requirements in case of audit.
Review tax documents for validity, completion and upload for external approval.
Work with Sr. Compliance Analyst to assist with annual resale tax certificate renewals.
Including pre-filling documents, distributing and updating customer records appropriately.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
3-5 Years of experience in a sales supporting role, analytics or financial data department
Demonstrated analytical skills and advanced problem-solving specific to large data sets
Analytical mind-set and strong decision-making ability
Proven organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
Strong computer skills with advanced Excel experience
