A Cognitus Client Partner (CP) is responsible for managing on-going customer relationships with Cognitus customers and focuses on expanding Cognitus software and professional services revenue with customers. The CP works with the Cognitus Sales Account Executive to manage the relationship with Cognitus clients, ensuring that their needs are met and that they derive maximum value from Cognitus products and services.
Key duties and responsibilities of a Cognitus Client Partner may include:
1. Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with clients, understanding their business needs, and acting as their advocate within the Cognitus organization.
2. Solution Delivery: Collaborating with Cognitus consultants and technical teams to ensure the successful implementation and delivery of Cognitus solutions that align with client objectives.
3. Managing the Services Change Order process to manage scope changes and adjustments to impacted projects and contracts.
4. Customer Success: Monitoring client satisfaction and success metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement, and proactively addressing any issues or concerns to ensure a positive customer experience.
5. Strategic Planning: Working closely with clients to understand their business strategies and objectives, and providing strategic guidance on how Cognitus solutions can support their goals and drive business value.
6. Sales Support: Supporting the sales team in identifying new opportunities within existing client accounts, preparing proposals and presentations, and participating in client meetings and discussions.
7. Product Knowledge: Staying up to date on the latest Cognitus products, services, and industry trends, and effectively communicating the value proposition of Cognitus solutions to clients.
8. Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborating with various internal teams, including sales, consulting, support, and product development, to ensure alignment and coordination in serving the needs of clients.
Overall, the Cognitus Client Partner plays a crucial role in fostering strong relationships with clients, driving customer success, and contributing to the growth and profitability of both the client's business and Cognitus.
The successful candidate will have 7-10 years’ experience managing the delivery of complex software implementations, ideally within the Regulated Industries space. The candidate should have a proven track record of expanding revenue growth with customers and building long-term positive customer relationships.
