Cognizant is looking for a seasoned Senior Business Analyst specializing in Cards & Payments. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of IT Service Management and project management principles with hands-on experience in Confluence Azure DevOps Adobe Workfront and Lucid Chart. This role is pivotal in driving our strategic initiatives within the payments domain ensuring the delivery of innovative solutions that meet our business objectives.

Location : Phoenix - AZ (Hybrid)

• Analyze and interpret complex data related to Cards & Payments identifying trends and insights to inform strategic decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope objectives and deliverables ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Utilize Confluence and Lucid Chart to document and visualize project requirements workflows and processes.
• Manage project timelines and milestones using Azure DevOps and Adobe Workfront ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders development teams and external partners to ensure clear understanding of project expectations and progress.
• Conduct risk assessments for projects identifying potential issues and developing mitigation strategies.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing current practices and suggesting enhancements.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in Cards & Payments applying insights to drive innovation.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices in IT Service Management and project management.

• 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the Cards & Payments domain.
• Strong technical proficiency in Confluence Azure DevOps Adobe Workfront and Lucid Chart.
• Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) with a solid understanding of project management methodologies.
• Excellent analytical problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced collaborative environment.
• Commitment to delivering high-quality work that impacts the company and society positively.
• PMP and ITIL certification are a nice to have.
