Sr. Agile Scrum Master

Cognizant's Digital Engineering practice is seeking a highly qualified Sr. Agile Scrum Master with 10 years plus experience. Roles/Responsibilities:

. Digital Scrum Mastering skills with GCP delivery & Java background along with cloud modernization experience

* Strong systems knowledge in Retail domain and Macy's systems knowledge (specifically) is expected for this role specifically delivery from corporate systems.

* . Technically very sound with a willingness to work in distributed teams managed by multi-vendor & client teams.

* Agile Scrum Master with Retail domain experience and technical background (Java with GCP)

* Must run all agile ceremonies.

* Participate in Scrum of Scrums (SOS) meetings to address and resolve cross-functional dependencies.

* Must be proficient in JIRA and Confluence - should be able to create various dashboards to track and report project delivery health KPIs/metrics.

* Must be able to manage multiple distributed agile PODs consisting of resources from multi-vendor & client.

* Should have experience leading highly technical teams involved in iOS and Android application development.

* Should be able to drive/facilitate discussions with technical teams.

Required Qualifications:

* Must have Scrum Master certification - SAFe 5 Scrum Master (SSM) & Certified Scrum Master (CSM)

* Must have Retail domain experience and technical background (Java with GCP); should have experience leading highly technical teams involved in iOS and Android application development.

* Must be proficient in JIRA and Confluence - should be able to create various dashboards to track and report project delivery health KPIs/metrics.

* Must have experience with agile engineering practices like Test Automation, Test-Driven Development (TDD), Continuous Integration (CI), Continuous Delivery (CD), DevOps

* Must possess excellent interpersonal, communication and leadership skills in a team setting by acting as a change agent.
