* Planning and management of campus recruiting-related processes (budgeting, negotiation, execution, communication)
* Build and manage key University's strategic relationships with Career Offices and Professors
* Manage, define and assist in executing the Summer Internship and Graduate program
* Working within a team and taking responsibility for executing a high-volume of recruiting events
* Advising and supporting internal clients to ensure they achieve their campus recruiting targets
* Communicating status and plans with Asia and global campus team counterparts
