• Build end-to-end machine learning models to take on business problems around Sales Incentive Elasticities
• Perform feature engineering and support data engineering to build robust data pipelines on large marketing datasets from different sources
• Collaborate with ML Engineering to build ML Pipelines to Train, Test, Deploy, Serve, and Monitor models, Tune Hyper-parameters, detect model and data drift, and resolve issues
• Present machine learning model outcomes, and help interpret model predictions to various stakeholders using standard data visualization tools
• Write unit test cases, validation checks, technical documentation, and user stories as per requirements

• At least 6 to 9 years of work experience
• Required skills: Python and AWS Machine Learning
• Domain skills: Automotive industry
• Hands-on experience with building Elasticity models and Sales Incentives
• Worked with optimization and causal inference
• Experience in different phases of machine learning lifecycle like model selection and training, feature engineering, tuning hyper-parameters, and deployment
• Proficient in Python, Bayesian Statistics, SKLearn/Sci-kit, Jupyter Notebooks, GitHub, and SQL
• Experience working in cloud platforms like AWS, and Big data technologies
• Knowledge of Dash Plotly and related visualization packages

The annual salary for this position is between $82,000 to $123,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and is subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
