Hybrid Senior Full Stack Developer (ReactJs and Node)

Cognizant Digital Engineering practice is seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Developer (ReactJS and Node) with a strong background in building scalable high-quality and high-performance digital solutions. With a focus on both front-end and back-end development the ideal candidate will contribute to the full software development life cycle from conception to deployment. This role requires 5 to 10 years of experience in the field having technical skills on React Js, NodeJs , JavaScript SQL Server AWS Serverless Terraform.

Location: Hartford - CT or Hybrid.

Responsibilities:

Develop, enhance, and maintain our web applications using React and Node.js.

Leverage AWS (Amazon Web Services) serverless architecture and DynamoDB for scalable back-end solutions.

Collaborate in Agile ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, daily standups).

Participate in code reviews and maintain high coding standards.

Utilize Git for version control and GitHub for collaboration.

Bonus points if you have experience with:

Agile methodologies

AWS best practices

Required Qualifications:

5 to 10 years as a Full Stack Developer experience using react and Node.

Front-End: Expertise in React for building dynamic and user-friendly web interfaces.

Back-End: Strong proficiency in Node.js for building scalable and robust back-end services.

Cloud: Experience with AWS serverless architecture and DynamoDB for efficient data storage.

Version Control: Familiarity with Git for version control and GitHub for collaborative development.

Agile: Adaptability and experience working in Agile methodologies (a plus!)

Salary and Other Compensation Details:

The annual salary for this position is between $43,900.00 - 129,300.00 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
