Job Description/ Responsibilities-Experienced hands on Program Manager with 11-14 years of experience in JDA Warehouse Management System.Able to provide support for the customer by solving the system IT issues

Additional Information:Be able to work independently but also communicate and understand the functional and technical issues.

Work from the warehouse and act as a central person at the site for us to look at all the Issues and Identify the Root cause and also act as the single Point of Contact for all our Support related activities.
