Role: Linux, Windows Server Admin

Location: Houston, TX
Roles & Responsibilities :

• Solid understanding and working knowledge of supervising and Service management tools responsible for Proactive monitoring alert handling and incident response in the least possible time within stipulated SLAs. Responsible for delivering contractually agreed SLAs and critical metrics with customer. Collaboration with customer and internal team members proactive in communication and day to day operations avoiding client partner concerns.
• Understanding Datacenter Infrastructure operations and L1 skills for storage and compute technologies. Knowledge on Windows and Unix OS and basic understanding of command line executions of Linux. Working with Infra and application team to resolve L1 incidents and work towards improved FLR and left shift from L2and L3 Support and coordinate with L2 and L3 teams for changes and deployments. Health check and preventive maintenance Service request execution. Environment hygiene patch coordination and execution
• Batch job management or similar system maintenance using SOP and documentation. Participate coordinate with Application team & other support groups in the conference bridge during severity 1 2 and 3 calls in production environment and provide update as the need arises engage in RCA discussions and service improvement for improved MTTx. Work with Application team for Root cause analysis for unknown production issue as the need arises. Analyze the recurring issues and problem management. Review and updating SOPs runbooks KBs.
