• 10 - 12 years of experience in Architect, design, and develop advanced customizations utilizing Salesforce.com and Force.com.
• Well verse in both functional and technical aspects of a Salesforce engagement particularly on Service cloud
• Hands on experience in designing, developing, testing and deploying high quality solutions on the Salesforce platform
• Strong experience in developing functionalities using LWC framework.
• Coordinate and work with project team members both at onshore and offshore.
• Running workshops, working closely with client to understand requirements and recommend design approaches to accomplish requirements and successful solutions and able to talk about tradeoffs e.g. terms of config vs code.
• Salesforce PD1 & PD2 certifications
• Experience in developing LWC components

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual compensation is between $120,000 -$130,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This role is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
