Role: Service Manager
Roles/Responsibilities:
Lead the planning and implementation of project initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
Oversee the development lifecycle of software projects, emphasizing the use of Mainframe and TIBCO technologies.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
Manage project budgets, resources, and timelines effectively.
Required:
A minimum of 7 years of project management experience in a software development environment is required.
* Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills are essential.
* Experience in the merchandising domain is highly desirable.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
* Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale software projects.
* Strong organizational and time management skills.
* Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies is a plus.
Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
