Job Title- Security Sr. PM

Location - Remote

Role Responsibilities :
- Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive GRC strategies to support organizational objectives.

- Oversee the integration of Cisco Cybersecurity Operations into our existing security infrastructure to enhance threat detection and response capabilities.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project scope management processes are aligned with company goals and compliance requirements.

- Conduct risk assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and ensure adherence to security policies and standards.

- Develop and maintain documentation related to GRC policies procedures and controls.

- Provide expert guidance on the application of security best practices and compliance with regulatory requirements.

- Facilitate training sessions for staff on cybersecurity awareness and GRC processes.

- Monitor industry trends and advancements in cybersecurity to continuously improve our security posture.

- Manage stakeholder communication regarding cybersecurity risks and the status of ongoing projects.

- Ensure projects are delivered on time within scope and budget while meeting or exceeding quality standards.
-Qualifications

- Proven experience in Project Scope Management and Cisco Cybersecurity Operations is mandatory.

- Strong understanding of GRC frameworks and their application in a corporate setting.

- Excellent analytical problem-solving and decision-making skills.

- Ability to communicate complex security concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Experience in conducting risk assessments audits and designing security controls.

- Familiarity with global cybersecurity regulations and standards.

- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage projects with cross-functional teams.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development in the field of cybersecurity.
Salary and Other Compensation: Applications will be accepted until June 15 2024. The annual salary for this position is between $135K - 150K depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and is subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
