Sr. UI Developer/Lead (React/Redux)

Cognizant's Digital Engineering practice is seeking a highly Sr. UI Developer/Lead (React/Redux) with 10 years plus experience developing and building high-performing, scalable, enterprise applications. You will be part of a digital software team that works on high-demand applications. Our engineers have a passion for high-quality, reliable, and maintainable code. You will work side by side with product managers, designers, and clients, making decisions together to quickly deliver valuable working software to clients and their users. Location: Orlando, FL, US (Hybrid- 2-3 days onsite)

Roles/Responsibilities:

* Directly work with customer to deliver quality code and provide technology solution as desired.

* Work with the product team to understand project requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

* Design and develop code and deliver business results.

* Optimize applications for maximum speed and

* Scalability and enforcing best practices.

* Work with the back-end team to integrate the front-end with Java services.

* Good knowledge on React & Redux technologies.

* Work with Scrum teams and participate in agile ceremonies.

* Manage Onsite -offshore co-ordination and closely work with offshore team.

* Stay up to date on the latest React and Java technologies.

Required Qualifications:

* 12 Years of overall IT experience

* 8 years of experience in front-end development

* 6 years of experience with React & Redux

* 2 Years of experience with AEM CMS or any java-based CMS integration with React.

* 3 years of experience in Java microservices /API development & integration

* Understand design systems (good to have)

* Application integration knowledge

* Experience with Agile development methodologies.

* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Self-starter and should require minimum guidance and can act as a team lead.
