Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $110,000 & 120,000 depending on the experience and other qualifications of the candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.

We are seeking a Technology Architect with a focus on AEM and extensive experience in the healthcare domain specifically in Payer Claims and Medicare & Medicaid Claims. This role requires a seasoned professional with a minimum of 12 years of experience ready to drive innovation and efficiency in our project management team.

Job Description:

· Lead the design and implementation of AEM solutions to meet business requirements.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of AEM components.

· Oversee the development of AEM authoring templates and components for content management.

· Ensure the technical feasibility and performance optimization of AEM frontend designs.

· Manage AEM backend development focusing on scalability and security.

· Provide technical guidance and support for AEM system engineering and support teams.

· Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the AEM landscape.

· Analyze project requirements and provide architectural solutions that are robust and scalable.

· Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in AEM development.

· Facilitate knowledge sharing and technical training sessions for team members.

· Stay abreast of the latest AEM features and technologies to enhance project outcomes.

Qualifications:

· Proven experience in AEM Authoring Backend Frontend System Engineering and Support is required.

· Strong understanding of healthcare domain specifically Payer Claims and Medicare & Medicaid Claims.

· Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.

· Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

· Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential.

· Ability to lead projects and ensure timely delivery without compromising quality.

· A commitment to continuous learning and development in AEM and related technologies.

Must Have Skills

· ADOBE CERTIFIED EXPERT - AEM ARCHITECT.
