Job Tittle: Azure Infra Developer (Hybrid)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Principal Infra Developer with 9 to 13 years of experience to join our team as a Manager Projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Azure Cloud Discovery Azure Cloud Native Security Azure DevOps and Azure PaaS. Experience in Cards & Payments Payments and Electronic Payments is a plus. This role will focus on leading infrastructure development projects ensuring robust security and optimizing cloud operations.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and implementation of infrastructure solutions using Azure Cloud Discovery to ensure optimal performance and scalability.
• Oversee the integration of Azure Cloud Native Security measures to protect sensitive data and maintain compliance with industry standards.
• Provide expertise in Azure DevOps to streamline development processes automate workflows and enhance collaboration among team members.
• Develop and manage Azure PaaS solutions to support the deployment and maintenance of applications ensuring high availability and reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify infrastructure requirements and develop strategies to meet business objectives.
• Monitor and optimize cloud resources to achieve cost-efficiency and improve system performance.
• Implement best practices for infrastructure management including backup and disaster recovery plans.
• Ensure the security and integrity of cloud environments by conducting regular audits and vulnerability assessments.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to define project scope timelines and deliverables ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Conduct performance tuning and troubleshooting to resolve infrastructure-related issues and minimize downtime.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in cloud technologies and incorporate them into the infrastructure strategy.
• Prepare and present reports on infrastructure performance project progress and security compliance to senior management.

Qualifications:

• Possess a strong background in Azure Cloud Discovery with a proven track record of successful implementations.
• Demonstrate expertise in Azure Cloud Native Security including knowledge of security best practices and compliance requirements.
• Have hands-on experience with Azure DevOps including CI/CD pipelines

Salary and Other Compensation:

Applications will be accepted until 6/28/2024.

The annual salary for this position is between $100,500 to $120,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
