Sr API Developer (On site)

Cognizant is looking to hire a motivated and energetic Senior API Developer who’s passionate about software modernization, with strong hands-on experience in developing micro service using Spring Boot. Should be good in Java basics too.

Job Location: Minneapolis, MN

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

· Strong hands-on experience in developing micro service using Spring Boot. Should be good in Java basics too

· Hands on experience with build and deployment tools such as Ant or Maven or Gradle.

· Unit and integration testing using JUnit.

· Familiar DevOps tools and experience in CI/CD software.

· Experience in Agile methodology.

· Git with Branch and Release Management.

· Familiar with AWS Cloud Platform.

Key Qualifications:

· Min. Should have minimum 10 years of experince in SpringBoot technology.

· Strong hands-on experience in developing micro service using Spring Boot. Should be good in Java basics too

· Strong hands-on experience in developing micro service using Spring Boot.

· Strong experience in Spring Framework such as Spring MVC, IOC, AOP and Spring JDBC.

· Strong experience in developing REST APIs.

· Strong experience in consuming Web Services/REST services.
