COGS has partnered with one of the largest facilities management firms in the world as they facilitate the building/construction of a 1 Million Square Foot Commercial Building in the centre of Dallas, for one of their most prized clients, a big player in the services industry.

This multi year project is in full flow and the priority has now turned onto bring in a highly experience PE Licensed Electrical Engineer to come in as an 'owners rep' type figure to control quality standards across the build.

Salary for this position is up to 160K 20% Bonus.

Our client is searching for someone with extensive commercial experience alongside the ability to build strong relationships, manage contractors and ensure high standards are maintained through the building phase of this project.

This position, aside from being on the owners rep side, has a very high level of autonomy, and due to the size and scope of this project, will exist in it's current form for at minimum the next 3 years. Alongside this, the booming Dallas construction market has meant COGS client has a backlog of work, and hence strong job security and work like balance in this position.

Summary of desired experience:

• PE License
• 7 years experience as an Engineer Engineer
• Bachelors in Electrical Engineering or similar field
• Strong communication & negotiation skills with contractors
• Identifying issues within across projects and providing advice
• Commercial Project Experience
• Proficient in managing design and coordination from project initiation to completion.
