The positions are preferably based in our Washington, D.C. office, but the firm is open to having such an associate work in our New York office. A strong academic background with excellent writing skills and analytic ability is required, as is the ability to manage and thrive in a fast-paced work environment. Applicants must be able to take a leading role in discovery, including depositions and motion practice, researching and writing briefs, and at trial. Federal clerkship experience is highly valued.

We offer a comprehensive benefits and compensation package. The expected annual salary range (excluding bonus) for this position is between $150,000 and $174,000. Actual salary will be determined based on experience and other job-related factors.
