Cohen Seglias has an opening for a Family Law senior associate or lateral, with 5-10 years' experience in family law, in our Newark office. Candidates must be licensed in New Jersey. Admission to practice in another jurisdiction (PA or NY preferred), is a plus. In addition to strong academic credentials, candidates must have demonstrated experience involving all areas of family law - divorce, alimony, custody and child support, adoption, domestic violence matters and equitable distribution. Candidates shall have hands on experience navigating complex family law matters, providing expert advice to clients and representing clients in court. Candidates must have experience drafting motions, ESP statements and mediations statements as well as appearing before the court. This is an excellent opportunity to join an expanding and dynamic law firm with an opportunity for personal growth. The firm has a very competitive salary and benefits program.
