We are interested in talking with candidates with public accounting experience in Real Estate to work in our Assurance department, at the Senior Accountant level. We are open to this position being in any of our 12 office locations or remote in Atlanta, GA only.

We are interested in talking with candidates with public accounting experience in Real Estate to work in our Assurance department, at the Senior Accountant level. We are open to this position being in any of our 12 office locations or remote in Atlanta, GA only.
Responsibilities
- Working closely with the engagement Partner, Senior, and Staff to understand and meet client expectations and deliverables
- Audit engagements for Real Estate industry clients
- Assume full responsibility for completing projects
- Developing an understanding of each client’s business and routinely seeking information regarding client needs and concerns
- Communicating effectively with clients and their staff to provide the highest level of client service
- Understand engagement partner expectations of the engagement and monitor deadlines and deliverables
- Balance and effectively deliver on multiple projects under restrictive time constraints
- Bachelor's degree required
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license required
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in a public accounting firm
- Real Estate Industry experience (Commercial Real Estate, Construction, REIT, LIHTC, RIA, etc.)
- Excellent leadership and organizational skills
- Strong communication skills, both internal and client-facing
