Strategic partner to the CFO, helping them define their go-forward strategy and future state target operating model and the appropriate execution roadmap
Design innovative and leading practice solutions – addressing the entire F&A operating model, technology, process, organization and service delivery model
Bring strong familiarity and experience with leading F&A applications and digital solutions
Provide leadership, and bring strong project management experience to effectively manage transformational initiatives
Build impactful business cases built around leading practices and digital solutions
Internal Practice Building:
Help lead and oversee day-to-day growth and maturity of Finance Transformation service practice
Support and drive business development opportunities, helping expand role with current clients and build pipeline of future client engagements
Lead and develop internal resources, providing formal training and informal mentorship and career development guidance
Develop thought leadership and eminence around finance transformation and optimization
Build and manage network of external solution service providers to partner with on engagements and collaboratively go-to-market
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required
Graduate Degree/MBA Preferred
> 10 Years working within the Finance and Accounting function, with proven track record of leading and managing technology implementations and other transformation projects.
> 7 Years management consulting experience, leading F&A transformation initiatives
Prefer CPA and/or CMA
Proven leadership and subject matter expertise in the areas of finance transformation and digital finance enablement
Experience in defining IT strategy with expertise in financial applications, data architecture, and digital accounting
Experience leading large, complex finance and technology transformation initiatives
Experience managing and cost and profitability strategies
Familiarity with technical accounting requirements
Estimated Salary Range: $100,000 - $200,000*
