Job Description
Our company is currently seeking an Accounting Assistant/Bookkeeper to join our team! You will be responsible for preparing and examining financial records for our company.
Responsibilities:
- Create Quotes and customer invoices using QBO coordinating with sales and PM team
- Post customer payments, follow up with collections if necessary
- Maintain vendor files, post vendor invoices and payments
- Perform data entry and administrative duties
- Reconcile accounts monthly
- Assist with HR duties
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in accounting, finance and QuickBooks online
- Fundamental knowledge of GAAP
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Strong organizational skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Ability to work with clients in a professional manner
- Accounting or Science degree preferred
