Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining our facilities and equipment to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct routine maintenance tasks such as painting, HVAC filter changes, and equipment inspections
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, and plumbing issues
- Utilize CMMS to track work orders and document maintenance activities
- Fabricate and weld metal components as needed
- Perform preventive maintenance on machinery and equipment
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff or management
- Maintain inventory of repair equipment and supplies

Qualifications:

- Proficiency in using an ohmmeter for electrical troubleshooting
- Strong customer service skills when interacting with employees and vendors
- Experience with logic controllers and other industrial control systems
- Knowledge of residential painting techniques for touch-ups and minor repairs
- Ability to lead projects and work well in a team environment
- Proficient in English for effective communication
- Capability to fabricate and weld metal parts when necessary
