Job Summary:

As a Junior Content Creator, you will be responsible for generating engaging and relevant content across various digital platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and our blog. You will work closely with our marketing and operations teams to develop social media content, create compelling copy, images, short-form video, and produce assets to enhance our brand presence online. This position offers an excellent opportunity for an entry-level individual passionate about storytelling, creativity, and digital media to kick-start their career in content creation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Creation: Develop written, visual, and multimedia content including articles, blog posts, social media posts, videos, and more.
• Content Planning: Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute content strategies aligned with organizational goals and target audience preferences.
• Research and Analysis: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, topics, and opportunities for content creation.
• Copywriting: Craft compelling copy for various digital channels to drive engagement, traffic, and conversions.
• Content Editing: Review and edit content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines.
• Content Distribution: Publish and distribute content across relevant platforms, including websites, social media channels, email newsletters, and others.
• Community Engagement: Monitor audience feedback and engagement metrics to optimize content performance and foster meaningful interactions with our online community and our local community.
• Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry trends, content marketing strategies, and emerging technologies to enhance your skills and contribute fresh ideas to our content initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, Graphic Design, or related field.
• Strong writing and editing skills with impeccable grammar and attention to detail.
• Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative content ideas.
• Proficiency in using content management systems (CMS), social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok) , and analytics tool.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Collaborative spirit and willingness to adapt to feedback and changing priorities.
• Previous experience in content creation, digital marketing, or related fields is a plus but not required.
• Proficient in Canva and/or Photoshop

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: $42,000-45,000/year
