Responsibilities
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the assigned territory.
• Visit properties and laundry rooms to evaluate the needs of the property.
• Present and promote our laundry machine leasing services to property management companies,
hotels, and condo associations.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing
any issues promptly.
• Negotiate and close sales contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals tailored to the needs of each client.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and quotas.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and route operations.
