We’re looking for a Technical Program Manager for Administration, Automation and Security of our community management platforms such as Discord, Telegram etc.. Responsible for developing and implementing automation and security strategies for our Discord community.
What You’ll Be Doing
  • Lead initiatives focused on Administration, Automation and Security of our community management platforms such as Discord, Telegram etc
  • Oversee the strategy and execution of bots/applications that facilitate automation for user onboarding and spam moderation, etc.
  • Utilize insights from installed bots/applications to iteratively tweak existing solutions
  • Develop comprehensive functional specifications, evaluation criteria, and release plans for bots/applications
  • Enforce community rules of engagement, proactively moderating discussions to cultivate a positive and productive environment.
  • Work in tandem with cross-functional teams such as Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Legal.
  • Contribute to community development programs, from initial planning through execution.
What We Look For In You
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in developer and creator ecosystems in a technical role
  • Experience in administering community applications such as Discord, Telegram, etc.
  • Experience with managing complex, cross-functional programs
  • Working knowledge of community applications such as Discord, Telegram, etc.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Working knowledge of programming languages such as Python
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
Nice to haves
  • Development experience with Ethereum and / or related Layer 2’s.
  • Ability to replicate customer issues
PID#: P57287Pay Transparency Notice: Depending on your work location, the target annual salary for this position can range as detailed below. Full time offers from Coinbase also include target bonus target equity benefits (including medical, dental, vision and 401(k)).
Pay Range$131,325—$154,500 USD
