Coke Florida is looking for a Director of Digital Integration to work out of our Tampa HQ area office. What You Will Do: The Director of the Digital Integration Office is responsible for leading the strategic commercial direction/ imperatives of Coca-Cola Beverages Florida’s Digital Integration Office. They act as a liaison within our governance system, lead our customer experience platforms and drive our disruptive routes to markets. They are responsible for building a winning collaborative culture within their team and cross functional partners. They lead/ support the project management and communication plan of the Digital Integration Office. They report into the VP, of Customer Relationship Management. Lead Coke Florida Customer Service Tickets (CST) Review Meeting and initiatives to improve User ExperienceCreate myCoke Training Aids, manage Digital Team Space, and assist Capabilities team with Field training opportunitiesAssist Business Development Managers, Sales Account Managers and Field Leaders with needs or issues related to myCoke.com Support Digital Integration Director with development of myCoke CMA (Customer Marketing Agreements) with Customers with myCoke Migration tools, evolution of Digital Onboarding and presentations to customersAttend appropriate routines for myCoke internally and externally Analyze Power BI Reporting, Google Analytics, Salesforce, and other data reporting sources to create scorecards and selling opportunitiesConduct Bottler collaboration sessions related to myCoke enhancement opportunitiesLead end to end process for NOVA Retail LinkAccountable for leading PO confirmation process for largest eCommerce customerAssist Digital Integration Director with projects and customer support needs for key O2O customersCollaborate and support Digital Integration Director with IEI Indicator testing and marketing program initiatives with key customersFor this role, you will need: Strategic Selling, Conceptual Selling, Account ManagementStrong presentation and C-suite communication skillsCommercial Experience & Customer Management ExperienceDigital/ Technology experienceStrong negotiation skillsStrong collaboration skillsConsumer goods and Beverage Industry knowledgeMaster’s degree preferred, 7-10 years in consumer goods industryExperience working with Nielsen and other syndicated dataExperience in developing successful annual business plans and price/package for retail customersChange agent who thrives in a fast pace, ever changing environmentThis role involves driving your own vehicle to customer accounts (mileage reimbursed)Valid driver's license and driving record within MVR policy guidelinesMust have current vehicle liability insuranceMust have a driving record with no major moving violations in the last three (3) years*Must provide and maintain a personal vehicle for use during employee working hoursMajor moving violations include, but are not limited to, leaving the scene of an accident, driving under the influence, and reckless driving. Minor moving violations include, but are not limited to, speeding, driving too close, failure to stop, and improper lane changes.
