Coke Florida is looking for an Inventory Control Supervisor based out of our Orlando location. The schedule for this position is 4:00AM-1:00PM, working primarily Monday-Friday. What You Will Do: As a Coke Florida Inventory Control Supervisor , you will serve as a functional link in support of the Coke Florida Cross Docks and Inventory Management Teams Roles and Responsibilities: Research and reconcile daily inventory variances to resolve inventory discrepancies by closely working with local cross dock warehouse and settlement teamsAssist with the count of all full finished goods and dunnage in the warehouse on a daily basisReconcile the daily, monthly, and annual inventory in SAPComplete Inventory checklists adhering to Inventory policiesIndividuals in this position work on building working relationships across multiple groups and organizations as this role is a multi functional, multi warehouse support role across the state of FloridaThe individual must be self-motivated and have the ability to work effectively with little supervisionThe individual shall follow all company policies, procedures, and safety standardsMeet project deadlines as assignedDaily maintain the digital archiving of all inventory and other required documentation, in compliance with Coke Florida’s Record Retention Policies for supporting Cross Dock warehouses. For this role, you will need: Associates degree in business, logistics, or a High School Diploma/GED and 2 years of experience in a warehouse inventory planning roleMicrosoft Office Suite with intermediate level Excel skill set requiredERP software experience required (SAP preferred)Strong math skillsStrong process minded approachHigh level of attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasksPerform well under pressure and meet deadlinesStrong people, communication and influencing skill setPerform well under pressure and meet deadlines10% travel to cross dock warehouses as necessary
