- Perform nutrition assessments at the time of admission, quarterly and annually
- Provide medical nutrition therapy and nutrition care to meet goals
- Counsel and educate patients and families
- Have completed your dietetic internship of 900 hours
- Have an active RD or RDN status through the Academy
- Long-term care experience is preferred but not required
- Be self-motivated and embrace ambiguity.
