Cold Harbor Brewing Company is a family-owned, community brewery in Westborough MA.

The new restaurant and outdoor patio seats approximately 250 people, including an 80-100 seat flex room available for private functions and parties.

Cold Harbor Brewing Company is seeking an experienced food service professional who will manage the day-day operations of the kitchen and restaurant.

OVERVIEW: The General Manager is responsible for all facets of restaurant operations, front of the house and kitchen operations in addition to managing scheduling and P&L cost centers. The General Manager is a passionate, positive, high energy individual who has the ability to motivate, coach and develop a professional restaurant team.

Position Requirements:

• Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience working as a GM.
• Must be excited about working at Cold Harbor Brewing.
• Proven track record in managing labor, food and beverage costs.
• Strong passion and commitment to providing exceptional hospitality.
• Must be an actively engaged manager.
• Attention to detail and the ability to hold others accountable.
• Stable job history.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
