Job Description

The Receptionist will serve as the first point of contact with our clients. You will answer and redirect phone calls, greet clients and provide administrative support.

The candidate should be able to operate independently as well as be a contributing member on a team. This role will assist in performing a variety of daily tasks so that the team grows their business, runs smoothly, and meets service excellence standards. Responsibilities will change over time to meet the needs of the practice and can include other duties as assigned.

Job Duties

  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
  • Great and welcome clients to the office
  • Ensure reception area is tidy
  • Receive, sort, and distribute mail and deliveries
  • Support the growth of the practice and perform other duties as assigned.

Education and Other Designations

  • High School degree or higher
  • 2 years of similar experience preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $11.00 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
