This role will be pivotal in enhancing our brand presence, driving lead generation, and ensuring the success of our marketing campaigns across various platforms.

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive leads.
• Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns that align with business goals.
• Manage the company's online presence, including website content, social media profiles, and digital advertising.
• Track and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize results.
• Other duties as assigned

• 5 years of experience in marketing and management, with a focus on real estate preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Real Estate, or a related field a plus
• Superb communication and coaching aptitude
• Self-starter with a vision
• Detail-orientated
• Database and project management experience
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube
• Experience with design software such as Adobe products and Canva
• Knowledge of video editing software such as Final Cut Pro or Adobe Premiere
• Exposure to content management systems such as WordPress, Wix, or Squarespace
