Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Painter to join our team. As a Painter, you will be responsible for applying paint, primers, and other finishes to surfaces according to job requirements. Your expertise in industrial painting, airless paint spraying, and using power tools will be essential in delivering high-quality results. If you have experience working on construction sites, Residential, and Commercial Sites with 4 years of experience we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces by Scraping them, Sanding Them, Repairing Cracks and Holes, and Ensuring they are ready for Painting.
- Apply paint or other finishes using various techniques such as brushing, rolling, or spraying.
- Must be able to Cut Straight and Sharp Lines Consistently.
- Utilize airless paint spraying equipment to achieve smooth and even coats.
- Work on construction projects to paint structures both indoors and outdoors.
- Work on Residential Projects both Interior and Exterior.
- Interpret schematics and follow specifications to ensure accurate color matching.
- Use caulking to fill gaps and seal joints for a finished look.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Painter with expertise in Interior, Exterior, and Commercial Painting Techniques.
- Proficiency in airless paint spraying equipment and various power tools.
- Familiarity with construction sites and the ability to work in diverse environments.
- Knowledge of Drywall Repair such as Mudding and Taping.
- Experience in construction estimating is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to deliver high-quality work consistently.
