Florida’s largest litigation firm, Cole, Scott & Kissane, P.A. is seeking an experienced Subpoena Clerk for its West Palm Beach office. Applicants should have previous work experience at a law firm, be a self-starter, have excellent communication skills, and be well organized to join our fast-growing team. Experience with iManage is a plus. Responsibilities:

• Assist lawyers and paralegals with issuing subpoenas
• Conduct follow-up calls and communicate status
• Organize records and other materials
• Keep detailed records on a spreadsheet
• Tasks must be timely and properly documented

Subpoena Clerk Requirements and Qualifications

• Must have at least 1-2 years of experience as a clerk
• Familiarity with legal procedures & terminology
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent computer skills
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
