A nonprofit organization, located in Philadelphia, seeks a Contracts Paralegal to join its team. The Paralegal will manage, draft, prepare and reviewing various contracts for the legal department. The Paralegal will draft and organize investment closing documents and assist with closings. The Paralegal must have at least 5 years working with contracts, be a team player and willing to help where is needed. This is a hybrid role (at least 1-3 days in the office).
