OVERALL JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Coleman Oil Safety Manager will work to ensure the compliance of health and safety laws in the workplace. They will work to ensure a safety work environment and minimize hazards to protect employees from occupational risks. The Coleman Oil Safety Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing safety plans, enforcing policies, evaluating practices and facilities to ensure compliance with legal guidelines. This person will conduct training sessions, monitor compliance, investigate incidents and provide recommendations for improvement.

Salary Range:$70,000 to $80,000 DOE

These benefits are available to full time employees.
401(k) - Full time and part time employees are eligible to enroll in the company 401(k) plan following a predetermined amount of time. This option comes with a company match of up to 4%.
Days Off – Employees will accrue 1 hour of paid time off for every 40 hours worked, one personal day on the 1st of January each year and six paid holidays throughout the calendar year.
Other – Employees may be eligible for an annual bonus.
