Job duties included for the Accounts Payable Analyst:

• Coordinate the entire accounts payable process
• Invoices - review, enter, identify problematic ones,and take action
• Convert opportunities to yield revenue using variouspayment platforms
• Support implementation and maintenance ofaccounts payable related software
• Interface with all levels of employees,vendors, and other revenue generating payors

MinimumQualifications needed to be a successful Accounts Payable Analyst:

• Bachelors degree in related field
• 7 years of accounts payable experience
• Strong GL coding knowledge with full-cycleaccounting experience
• Proficient with Excel and importance of cashflow and the various means to accomplish
• Prefer knowledge of electronic purchaseorders and electronic employee reimbursement
• Prefer experience with Microsoft Dynamics GP(Great Plains) and cash payor alternatives
