ColemanHealth Services, a nationally recognized not-for-profit provider of behavioralhealth and rehabilitation programs is seeking a Crisis Line Specialist in StarkCounty, Ohio. The position's primary purpose is to provide information,education, and service navigation to individuals and families calling theCrisis Unit.

Dutiesinclude:

·Caller engagement

·Identify presenting problem, needs, andservice preference,

·Coordinate referral, servicenavigation, and linkage

·Perform duties specific to theadministrative

·Other operations of the position

Qualifications:

?High School Diploma required

Preference given to the followingcandidates:

?Associates Degree or Bachelor Degreepreferred

?Past or current Experience inmotivational interviewing, crisis intervention, and trauma informed care
