Coleman Health Services is seeking a full time Director forour Intensive Home Based Therapy (IHBT) program. Make a difference in the livesof children and families at risk for out-of-home placement. As an IHBTSupervisor, your short-term involvement (3-6 months) will make a long-termimpact to the child and family. You will have a small caseload of up to 3clients at a time, giving you the opportunity to spend 3-5 hours a week witheach family, fostering meaningful relationships to help families heal and buildresilience. You will then provide direct supervision to IHBT clinicians, leadGroup supervision, participate in the Center of Excellence Consultation, bewell trained and be a member of an outstanding Leadership Team. Thisjob is based out of Kent, Ohio, and serving Portage County.
