We are seeking an EmploymentSpecialist for our Steubenville and St. Clairsville, Ohio offices.

The Employment Specialist will workclosely with community employers and individuals in Jefferson, Belmont, Monroeand Harrison Counties with the goal of job placement and ongoing job support.The Employment Specialist will assist the individual in maintaining employmentand also assist the individual in rapid re-entry into service as needed inorder to continue employment.

Job duties include:

·Job placement

·Job seeking skills training

·Assessments

·Job coaching and follow-up.

Must have a high school diploma andexperience working with people with disabilities, mental health, alcohol anddrugs, or related field. BA/BS and/orexperience as a placement/marketing professional is preferred. Ohio driver'slicense, clean driving record, access to a car and willingness to transport isa must. Direct experience working with OODa plus.
