Great opportunity to join a rapidly growing apparel manufacturing company! This company has experienced decades of success and is looking for an experienced leader in the textile industry to join their team and lead manufacturing. In this role, you would lead manufacturing processes for apparel manufacturing within the plant, lead department managers, and assist the management team in growing the business through new product developments. You will also lead the process of updating KPIs and metrics to ensure production goals are met, and orders are fulfilled on time with the highest quality standards.
Requirements:
- Must have hands-on experience leading a production team in a textile or apparel manufacturing plant
- Prior experience with cut and sew apparel manufacturing
- Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus!
