Position will require Preconstruction Site Visits, Assembling Budgets and Estimates, Contract Scope writing, Negotiation and Buyout,
Candidate must have experience in New Jersey Construction
Candidate must have Material and Subcontractor contacts/relationships of their own to add to existing contact list.
