We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant III to join our Strategy and Continuous Improvement (SCI) organization within the BTS team. This role is integral in providing comprehensive administrative support to the SCI organization, which leads Strategy, Organizational Change Management, and Communications for the Business Technology Organization. Additionally, the SCI team is responsible for driving the learning journeys for resources across the Business Technology Solutions organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Expense Management:
- Submit expense reports for travel and other expenditures.
- Coordinate Purchase Order submission activities for the organization.
- Track and summarize spend against purchase orders.
- Resource Onboarding:
- Assist in onboarding new resources, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
Required Experience:
- Proven experience in administrative support roles.
- Experience in Purchase Order processing.
- Experience in onboarding support.
Skills and Tools:
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in SAP, ServiceNow, Concur, and Excel.
- Interpersonal Skills:
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Customer service-oriented with excellent communication abilities.
