An Excellent Opportunity for Product Coach to work with one of the Biggest Global Bank in Charlotte, NC location.

Job Description:

In this role, you will:

  • Build relationships and act as an advisor to executives, senior leadership and teams to guide and influence transformational change for highly complex business needs
  • Strategically engage with all levels of professionals and managers across the enterprise to translate Agile and product theory into practical and tangible actions which up skill people, and help evolve how teams work together
  • Coach activation and operationalisation of products and continuous delivery of customer centric work, including creation of product roadmaps, development of product backlogs, and iterative application development using modern engineering practices
  • Strong executive presence with a comfort in communicating beside senior leaders in transformational environments
  • Foster maturation of Agile behaviours and product delivery concepts across all levels of staff, and coach leaders to consider readiness, complexity, pragmatic strategies, and the structure required to support software and enable transformation success
  • Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex challenges by asking open, analytical questions to help rethink, change and coordinate the way work is structured
  • Create, gain buy-in for, and implement proactive coaching plans that leverage observations and enterprise maturity assessments to evolve the skills of team members, engineering managers, and product managers toward higher levels of maturity
  • Ability to quickly shift between being a facilitator, mentor, coach and trainer to best support the organization
  • Actively participate in forums and communities of practice to provide strategic thought leadership and guidance on proven approaches for resolving impediments to accelerate delivery
  • Guide product managers and product owners on the beneficial use of metrics for continuous improvements and data-inspired decisions
  • Provide vision, direction and mentoring for peer coaches, Scrum Masters, and others, to aid growth and improvement

Required Qualifications, US:

  • 7 years of Agile (Coaching, Scrum or product owner) experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

  • Strong executive presence with a comfort in communicating beside senior leaders in transformational environments
  • Prior experience with project to product transformations
  • Experience leading discussions with individuals at varying levels of the organization that result in a shared understanding and consensus on a path forward
  • Ability to develop, deliver and mentor effective, well-articulated, written, and oral communications (e.g., emails, presentation materials) applying appropriate level of content/ detail dependent upon audience and intent
  • Demonstrated reasonable level of technical and business understanding to optimize credibility with teams and managers
  • Works with all levels in the organization to teach and coach the product management principles and practices
  • Clear understanding of how to establish product operation standards
  • Demonstrable experience with Full stack automation (build, test, integration), cloud migration, API gateways, 1-click configuration
  • Strong executive presence, facilitation skills, drive for results, attention to quality and detail, and a synergetic attitude
