Collabera is Hiring a Billing coordinator Near Portland, OR
Responding to customer inquiries, requests, and calls. As such, you will provide information to customers regarding outages, connections, or work orders.
Escalates situations as required. Coordinating, entering, monitoring and closing work orders related to area(s) of specialization.
Works with other departments to ensure work orders are processed. Follow processes and procedures and ensures accurate data entry.
Provide recommendations of changes to processes and ensuring documentations and job aids are completed. Process all related follow up to ensure accurate installation of metering in the system for proper billing (device configurations, multiplier ratios, etc...
