- Position Details:
- Job Title: Business Consultant
- Job Location : Charlotte, NC ( Hybrid)
- Job Duration: 12 months
- In this contingent resource assignment, you will consult as an expert to develop or influence initiatives and resources for highly complex business and technical needs across Business Execution.
- You will consult on the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges requiring in-depth evaluation across multiple areas, delivering solutions that are long-term, large-scale and require vision, creativity, innovation, and advanced analytical and inductive thinking.
- You will provide expertise to client senior leadership on innovative Business Execution business solutions and strategically engage with client personnel.
- Led cross-functional team to strategize, plan, and execute a department-wide training summit that will deliver in-person training in multiple US cities and deliver virtual training globally -
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather accurate and comprehensive information for training content - Promote best practices for knowledge sharing and retention across the organization
- Develop learning strategies with clearly defined goals and measurable results - Be a change agent and help to create and foster a culture of authenticity, belonging, and excellence within the Legal Department -
- Manage and prioritize competing strategies and adjust as necessary Lead the strategy and resolution of complex and unique challenges related to business execution that require solid analytical skills, extensive knowledge of business execution, and understanding of business, delivering longer-term and large-scale solutions
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a knack for creating clear and engaging learning materials
- Knowledge of adult learning principles
- Expertise in creating unique e-learning experiences and content for a variety of audiences
- Ability to proactively identify risks related to learning content - Skill in generating alternative solutions and expertly overcoming obstacles
